believing in a soul mate seems important

I was once (Zoloft), but am not now. No, never have been.

the implication here is that people who don’t believe in soul mates were once on zoloft, but have stopped taking it, whereas people who do believe in a soul mate have the highest rate of not needing anti-depressants.

so, did they learn to believe in a soul mate before the medications? or did that help them have faith that there is someone out there for them? i think this is pretty strong proof that you can’t fight depression if you don’t think you have a chance at love. i have friends who complain about their depressions, and use them as excuses not to meet new people, which only makes it worse.
